EXTRAS INCLUDED

COMPULSORY EXTRAS
- Fuel used.
- Moorings and buoys outside the base port, if necessary.
PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE AND DEPOSIT
- 100% of the amount of the rental when making the reservation.
- At the end of the rental day, spent fuel and extras consumed during the day must be paid.
- The deposit is set at €600 and will be made by charging the credit card before boarding and will be returned after 48 hours at the latest at the end of the rental, after deducting any damage caused or consumption that has not been paid.
PAYMENT METHODS
- In cash.
- By credit or debit card.
- By bank transfer.
RENTAL SCHEDULE AND DURATION
- The rent for a day is 8 hours. The starting time will be at the discretion of each client, but normally will be between 10:00 and 12:00 hours.
- Extension of the schedule to 150€ per hour.
- If you want a sunset rental or a night out, please ask us for a separate budget.
- For rentals of an entire week, counting seven day trips, we offer special prices. Do not hesitate to ask for an estimate.
LEGAL ASPECTS
- Our boat is registered on list 6. That is to say, it is specially prepared with all the pertinent security elements to be destined to rent use. We have a valid license, accident and civil liability insurance. All taxes are paid and the crew is professional, and qualified to perform their work on board.
- Our boat has very few hours of use and will always be delivered in perfect mechanical condition and maintenance.
- The reservation will only be effective when the deposit is received with 100% of the total payment of the rental.
- VERY IMPORTANT: the maximum capacity of our pleasure boat is 9 people including the skipper. Please do not exceed the legal limitation of the boat as the skipper must refuse to sail with more passengers than allowed.

BOOKING REQUESTS
- The sending of data via information forms is merely a non-binding consultation for MENORCA YACHTING. All information provided by the user through the information forms must be unambiguous. To this end, the same guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated for the formulation of the pre-reservation with MENORCA YACHTING.
- The reservation requests sent by the user are not considered a reservation but a simple request. Until MENORCA YACHTING's reply by e-mail or telephone and the subsequent deposit of 100% of the rental income into the account, it is not considered an effective reservation.
- Although we try to make our service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. Nor are we responsible for errors (including patent and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and/or partial server downtime or repairs, updates and maintenance of our website, or otherwise), inaccurate information, or lack of information.

- Alcoholic beverages.
- Food.
- Hostess service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation notice before 30 days of the contracted date: 100% refund of the deposit delivered from the reservation.
- Notice between 30 and 15 days from the contracted date: Loss of 50% of the deposit delivered.
- Notice with a period of less than 15 days: Loss of 100% of the deposit delivered.
